This option gets you picked up from your accommodation, taken out to the airport where youll be brief on the flight. Once in the air youll take a scenic flight path over the Lake Wakatipu and Glenorchy, from there its just a short flight over the Routeburn valley and Fiordland national park to drop in to Milford Sound taking in the magnificent Mitre Peak. Once landed youll be taken to the wharf to meet up with a scenic cruise so you could see the sound up close and personal. Youll see waterfalls and wildlife while you cruise on by.
