Guest Houses are generally like a small private hotel with a breakfast dining room & guest lounge.  Some have ensuite bathrooms, some private (out of room) bathrooms and some guest share bathrooms.  Most do not have a liquor license.  Breakfast is sometimes not included in the tariff….please check with your Consultant.

Bed & Breakfast or Homestay properties offer bedroom facilities either within the hosts’ home or in a separate outside cottage, or annex.  Bathrooms can be ensuite, private or guest share.   Breakfast is included in the tariff and is often a special feature of your stay.  Other home-cooked meals can sometimes be arranged direct with your hosts.

Boutique Bed & Breakfast accommodation is represented by unique property features such as the special  location, interior design and distinctive regional or contemporary architecture.

There is a sauna for guest use. Each bedroom has its own heating/cooling with guest-controlled thermostat. We ask you not to smoke inside.
